All products will be shipped within 3 business days, barring holidays, illness, or family emergency. We are a family run business and are committed to providing excellent and consistent service; please be patient with us!

We ship through USPS and will supply tracking information when available. For problems with your order once it has been shipped, contact USPS. If you have questions beyond that, please feel free to reach out to us and we'll do our best to answer them for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be in original or like new condition.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
Ship to the return address on your package or request it.
Once we receive the products, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Lost or Damaged products will be replaced or refunded.
